The Clove: A New Feature for 2025

This year, Garlic Fest introduces The Clove, a dedicated space celebrating the versatility and flavor of garlic. Located just inside the main gates, The Clove offers a range of activities and experiences, including:

A Garlic Market, where you can findfresh garlic varieties, including Black Garlic, Elephant Garlic, and Christopher Ranch aromatic bulbs, and more.
A Premium Bar, where you can enjoy creative, garlic-inspired libations such as the Jalapeño Garlic Margaritas, the Garlic Bloody Marys, the Pickled Garlic Martinis, and the Garlic Bread Beer.
Live Demonstrations of acclaimed chefs and culinary enthusiasts who showcase garlic’s versatility in cooking.
